Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Drain the grated cucumber by pressing it over a sieve or using a nut milk bag.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Let rest for a few minutes and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 2 cups of tzatziki.
