Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Drain the grated cucumber by pressing it over a sieve or using a nut milk bag.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Let rest for a few minutes and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
Notes
- This recipe makes about 2 cups of tzatziki.
