Ingredients
- 200 g smoked firm tofu
- gherkins
- 8 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 3 onions
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
Directions
- Use a tofu press to remove excess moisture from the tofu.
- Cut the tofu and gherkins and onions in 5x5 mm cubes.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
