  • 200 g smoked firm tofu
  • gherkins
  • 8 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 3 onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp caraway seeds

Directions

  1. Use a tofu press to remove excess moisture from the tofu.
  2. Cut the tofu and gherkins and onions in 5x5 mm cubes.
  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
