Ingredients
- ½ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp finely chopped red chili pepper or ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Finely chop parsley, oregano, chili pepper, and garlic. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor.
- Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir to mix.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
