  • ½ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red chili pepper or ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Finely chop parsley, oregano, chili pepper, and garlic. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor.
  2. Combine chopped ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper; stir to mix.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
