  • ½ cup tahini
  • 3 whole roasted red peppers
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt

Directions

  1. Add tahini, red peppers, water, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding 1–2 tablespoons water for a thinner consistency.
  3. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container.

Notes

  • Adjust flavor by adding an extra roasted red pepper for more red pepper taste.
