Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini
- 3 whole roasted red peppers
- ⅓ cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
Directions
- Add tahini, red peppers, water, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding 1–2 tablespoons water for a thinner consistency.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed container.
Notes
- Adjust flavor by adding an extra roasted red pepper for more red pepper taste.
