  • 1 kg pointed cabbage
  • 3 spring onions
  • 4-5 snack cucumbers
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • cilantro (optional)
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 150 g feta
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 limes
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the pointed cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Slice the spring onions and snack cucumbers thinly and add them to the bowl.
  3. Finely chop the jalapeno and cilantro (if using) and add them to the bowl as well.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, sesame oil, feta, avocado, parsley, dill, and garlic clove.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and vegetables, then toss everything well.
  6. Add the baby spinach and gently fold it in.
  7. Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
