- Thinly slice the pointed cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
- Slice the spring onions and snack cucumbers thinly and add them to the bowl.
- Finely chop the jalapeno and cilantro (if using) and add them to the bowl as well.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise, sesame oil, feta, avocado, parsley, dill, and garlic clove.
- Pour the mixture over the cabbage and vegetables, then toss everything well.
- Add the baby spinach and gently fold it in.
- Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
