Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen fruit of choice (e.g. mango, berries, pineapple)
- 1–2 tbsp plant milk (optional, for blending)
Directions
- Add frozen bananas and chosen fruit to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of plant milk if needed.
- Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
