Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of choice (e.g. mango, berries, pineapple)
  • 1–2 tbsp plant milk (optional, for blending)

Directions

  1. Add frozen bananas and chosen fruit to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a splash of plant milk if needed.
  3. Serve immediately as soft-serve or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
