Ingredients

- ¼ cup water (or more for a thinner consistency)
- ¼ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
Directions
- Add tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk until creamy, adding more water if needed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.
Flavour variations
• Green Tahini Sauce: Blend tahini with green herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, or mint). • Spicy Tahini Sauce: Add cayenne, chili powder, za’atar, or blend with jalapeño or serrano pepper for heat. • Garlic Tahini Sauce: Add more minced garlic or roast garlic for a milder flavor before blending with tahini.
