  • ¼ teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. Add tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until creamy, adding more water if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.

Flavour variations

Green Tahini Sauce: Blend tahini with green herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, or mint). • Spicy Tahini Sauce: Add cayenne, chili powder, za’atar, or blend with jalapeño or serrano pepper for heat. • Garlic Tahini Sauce: Add more minced garlic or roast garlic for a milder flavor before blending with tahini.
