  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Slice avocados, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado to desired consistency.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
