Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- ½ small yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Slice avocados, remove the pit, and scoop into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado to desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
