
Ingredients
- 2 apples (2x2 cm pieces)
 - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 2-3 Tbsp water
 - 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
 - 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
 
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
 - When the timer beeps, do a quick release.
 - Mash the mixture into a sauce using a wooden spoon.
 - If necessary, turn on sauté mode to thicken the mixture further.
