  • 2 apples (2x2 cm pieces)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2-3 Tbsp water
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
  2. When the timer beeps, do a quick release.
  3. Mash the mixture into a sauce using a wooden spoon.
  4. If necessary, turn on sauté mode to thicken the mixture further.
