Ingredients
- 250 g carrots
- ½ squeezed lemon
- ½ small onion
- ½ apple
- 3 tbsp vinegar (white balsamic vinegar)
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 tsp sugar to taste
Directions
- Grate the carrots into fine shreds.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

- Make at least 1 hour prior for best taste.
