- 1 cup frozen berries
- frozen blueberries
- frozen raspberries
- frozen mixed berries
- frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plant milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
- 1 cup romaine lettuce or baby spinach (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a high power blender for 40 seconds.
